Chelsea fans have been left embarrassed after the Premier League shared a damning statistic about Enzo Fernandez and their away form on their official Twitter account.

The revelation comes at a difficult time for the club, who have recently parted ways with former boss Graham Potter just seven months after he left Brighton and Hove Albion to take on the role at Stamford Bridge.

Fernandez, 22, arrived at the club in the January transfer window after capturing the attention of the footballing world with a number of impressive performances across Argentina’s World Cup-winning campaign back in December.

Although only being at the club for a matter of weeks, the midfielder has contributed more goals away from home than any other player in blue. Highlighting the struggles the team have encountered during the transitionary period under Potter.

Chelsea will now prepare to face Wolverhampton Wanderers this afternoon (3pm kick-off), as Lampard looks to secure all three points on his return to the dugout.
