Buhari has tabled a fresh request before the Nigerian Senate.

Infoexpert24 reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has urged the Nigerian Senate to screen and confirm Professor Mahmood Yakubu as the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a second and final term in office.

Senate President Ahmad Lawan read President Buhari’s letter of request during plenary in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital on Tuesday.
