Arsenal Target Mykhailo Mudryk Has Now Travelled To Training Camp Amid Gunners Agreement

Mykhailo Mudryk is reportedly traveling with Shakhtar Donetsk to Turkey as part of the Ukrainian club’s winter training camp despite claims that the winger will sign for Arsenal.
According to the Athletic, the 22-year-old will fly out with the rest of his Shakhtar teammates from Poland to Antalya to take part in a warm-weather training camp with the Ukrainian season currently on a winter break.
The news might come as a surprise to many Arsenal fans following a report from SportArena that a breakthrough had been reached between the north London side and Shakhtar over Mudryk, with the attacker now seemingly on the verge of signing for the Gunners.

However, Mudryk travelling to a winter training camp in Turkey is not what Arsenal supporters would have expected following last night’s revelations, with the move now putting into question how close a deal actually is between Mikel Arteta’s side and the Ukrainian superstar.
Indeed, Arsenal will be hopeful that Mudryk will be signed in time for this Sunday’s massive north London clash against Tottenham, where the Gunners will want every able body ready in the squad ahead of what could be the biggest game in the club’s season.
Whilst there is likely still confidence from Arsenal that a deal to sign Mudryk can be completed soon, the winger joining up with Shakhtar to fly to Turkey will complicate matters, and the Gunners will have to be proactive if they’re to complete a deal for the 22-year-old winger soon.

Nevertheless, Arsenal know the are in pole position to sign Mudryk this month. And whilst the attacker traveling to Turkey does throw a spanner in the works, the north London side have the power to get a deal wrapped up for the winger as soon as possible.
