2. Fill in the following details as seen in the screenshot above: First name, last name, Phone number, Valid email, password and click the Sign in button.
3. You will see a pop up asking you to choose your state of origin, click the dropdown and select it
4. Then, click proceed
5. An activation code will be sent to the email address you provided on the first step
6. Login to your email, copy the code, and paste it into the action box on INEC Portal
