Nigeria has been in a mess for the past two weeks but this week, Monday 26th of October, things went from bad to worse

In a speech broadcast by the Nigerian Television Authority NTA, on Thursday, 22nd October 2020 by 7pm Nigeria time, the President tried to address other issues happening in the country but failed to really address the main issue why the people are angry.

President Buhari spoke on the already disbanded SARS operatives and what his Security chiefs are doing in other to solve the issue, the President also had word of advice to International bodies who lended their voices to the End SARS protesters telling them to seek facts before picking a side.

The President failed to mention anything concerning the Lekki Massacre, he failed to address Nigerians on the killings of the youth by members of the Military. The whole speech is filled with informations that doesn’t address issues raised by the protesters.

Reactions have continue to trail the speech by the President, several Nigerians are shocked at what came out from the speech, it’s disappointing to Know the President of Nigeria doesn’t really care about the struggles of Nigerian youths.
