Arsenal Keeper, Aaron Ramsdale Mocking Leeds supporters

Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale built on his reputation as a wind-up merchant by teasing Leeds fans after Arsenal’s 1-0 win on  Sunday.

Infoexpert24 reports that the 24-year-old England International was filmed reveling in the Gunners’ dramatic win against Leeds United in front of home fans at Elland Road.

Ramsdale kept his fourth clean sheet of the Premier League season in the 1-0 triumph as he helped Mikel Arteta’s side move four points clear at the top of the table.

In the match’s aftermath, footage emerged on Twitter showing Ramsdale aiming his passionate full-time whistle celebrations towards Elland Road’s famous South Stand. He clapped the fans as they hurled an array of abuse in his direction before giving them a farewell air punch.

The former Sheffield United star’s antics are predictably met with boos and some X-rated greetings from the vociferous Yorkshire crowd.

It was the last thing Leeds fans wanted to see after having to endure an undeserved defeat to the early Prem leaders.

They were already frustrated at seeing a Patrick Bamford goal ruled out for a soft push in the penalty box, and seeing their No 9 miss a penalty.

The home side was also fuming after a late penalty for them and a red card for Gabriel Magalhaes were overturned following a VAR check.

England star Bukayo Saka scored what would prove to be the winner in the first-half after a dreadful cross-field pass from Leeds forward Rodrigo was intercepted.

The game also had a 40-minute delay due to a local power cut.

So bating from Ramsdale was the last t final straw for home fans as they looked for their side to end a five-game winless streak.
