Transfer: Declan Rice spotted at the Emirate Stadium on Tuesday

England international, Declan Rice has been a subject of interest in the transfer market for some time.

The West Ham star is believed to want a move away from the London Stadium this summer and reports suggest he would prefer a transfer to another London side.

Rice who is a Chelsea Academy graduate has long been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge, however, the Blues will not be participating in the Champions League next season, making their chances of signing the talented midfielder very slim.

However, Arsenal are said to be keen on the player and reports suggest that the Gunners have made the England star top priority in the summer transfer window.

Reports also suggest that Rice is also intrigued by a move to the Emirate Stadium and it is believed that talks between the representatives of the player and Arsenal have been positive.

Recently, it was reported that Rice was present at the birthday party of Arsenal star, Gabriel Jesus and he was seen communicating with some Arsenal players and manager after the Gunners 2-2 draw away to West Ham recently.

To this end, it did not come Rice was spotted at the Emirate Stadium on Tuesday. The Gunners U-18 side were playing host to West Ham U-18 side in the FA Youth Cup final at the stadium.

West Ham won the match 5-1. Rice’s presence at the stadium is said to be a show of support for the young West Ham team but others suggest that it could be a preparation for his eventual move to the Emirate Stadium.
