Thierry Henry Tells Man United Who To Sign Between Harry Kane & Victor Osimhen

Thierry Henry has shared his opinion on the heavily rumored transfer of Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen to Manchester United and who he thinks the Red Devils should sign.

The Arsenal legend, Henry believes that the Red Devils should sign Kane over Osimhen, as the England captain is one of the best strikers in the world right now, with his skills already well-known.

On the other hand, Osimhen has had an impressive season with 23 goals and five assists in just 28 games, helping his club Napoli reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the first time in their history.

However, Henry still believes Kane would be the better choice for United.

The two strikers are expected to command big money transfers this summer, and Old Trafford has been touted as the most likely destination for both players. Chelsea is also reportedly interested in Osimhen.

There has been much speculation and debate over which player would be better suited to the tactics of United’s manager, Erik ten Hag.

Henry’s opinion adds to the conversation, but ultimately, it will be up to the club’s decision-makers to decide which player to sign.

‘Personally, if I’m Man United I go Kane because he knows the Premier League,’ the legendary forward told CBS Sports.

‘Looking at Kane, this guy doesn’t need to adapt to anything. He has a way of dropping deep that would allow Marcus Rashford to run in behind.

‘Kane can play anywhere, he can adapt to any team – well except Arsenal!

‘That doesn’t mean Osimhen is not a good player, it has nothing to do with that. I think he’s going to go wherever he wants to go. He can adapt to a lot of sides and any league.

‘When you play for a team like Napoli, everything comes to him. But it’s a different ball game when you play in a front three. Balls are not always going to you at big club with three big guys up top.

‘That’s what I want to see: How he reacts when he’s not the only focal point. But other than that he has everything. He can hold the ball up well, he can run into the channel, he can finish well with his head, with his foot.’

Despite being Tottenham’s top scorer of all time, Kane has not won a trophy with the club. It appears unlikely that this will change soon, and with only one year remaining on his contract, he may consider leaving the club to pursue a chance at winning a trophy.
