Ramsdale Speak On Mikel Arteta’s ‘YNWA’ Tactic Ahead of Arsenal vs Liverpool Clash

As Arsenal prepares for a challenging match against Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday, it seems unlikely that Mikel Arteta will repeat last season’s unconventional training tactic.
The Gunners are currently enjoying a seven-game winning streak since their defeat to Manchester City and are looking to maintain their momentum in the title race.3
Last season, Arteta set up speakers during training to play the iconic “You’ll Never Walk Alone” chant to familiarize his players with the atmosphere of the historic Liverpool ground.

However, after a 4-0 loss at Anfield, goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale admitted it’s doubtful the tactic would be used again.
Ramsdale told football.london, “I’ve never experienced the speakers before… I don’t think they’ll be coming back out.” He acknowledged the potential impact of Anfield’s atmosphere, adding, “It’s one of the stadiums which, if it gets on top of you, it can be too much.”
Both Arsenal and Liverpool are in different positions this season, with Arsenal having gained more experience.
