What Nnamdi Kanu Former Press Secretary Said About Biafran Solution And Rotational Presidency In Nigeria

Amaka Ekwo the former Press Secretary to Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB has expressed her view on Biafran Solution and rotational presidency in Nigeria.

Infoexpert24 reports that the the former IPOB New Media and Special Duties Coordinator said that she agrees with her former boss on his stance that rotational presidency is not the solution to Nigeria’s problem.

Although the 2023 presidential election is about two years away, recent events in the Nigerian political space point to the fact that for many politicians, the race started a long time ago.

However, there are growing agitations for power shift to the South, rotational Presidency, as well as other permutations about the zoning of the 2023 presidential ticket in both the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

For Biafra activists, they do not believe in zoning the office of the President to any part of the country in the 2023 elections. They want an independence referendum to have a date set by the government.

“I agree with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu because turn by turn will not always produce the best candidate for the job,” Ekwo wrote on her known Twitter handle on Sunday.
