Leicester City Star Tells His Friends He’ll ‘Jump At Chance’ To Join Tottenham

Leicester City attacking midfielder, James Maddison is confident he can secure a move to a Champions League club next year and would love to join long-term suitors Tottenham.
Infoexpert24 reports that Maddiso’s future at Leicester is up in the air amid the club’s struggles and the uncertainty over his contract, which will have 18 months left in January.
Newcastle failed to land Maddison in the summer after tabling offers worth up to £ 50 million and is planning a new bid in the winter window.
It is understood that Tottenham is also keeping close tabs on Maddison’s situation and their interest has not been diluted by his outstanding performance in their 6-2 demolition of Leicester before the international break.

He is said to be “very keen” on Spurs and would jump at the chance to join them if they up their interest next year.

Much will depend on the valuation of Leicester, who made it clear they wanted £60million for him in the summer and that price is unlikely to drop if they remain in a relegation battle mid-season.
The playmaker has extensive Premier League and Europa League experience at Leicester, who had successive campaigns in Europe last season and the one before.
The English player has made 178 appearances in total for Leicester, which has yielded 48 goals and 33 assists
