Former Man United Star “Seriously Considering” Snubbing Arsenal Amid Club-Record Contract Offer

Arsenal‘s pursuit of Wilfried Zaha has hit a stumbling block as the Crystal Palace forward is reportedly contemplating a long-term commitment to his current club.
Following a 3-0 defeat to Brighton, Arsenal’s hopes of clinching the Premier League title have dwindled.
While the Gunners aim to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season, with Declan Rice being their top priority, Zaha has emerged as a potential target.
However, recent reports suggest that his potential move to Arsenal could be in jeopardy.

TalkSPORT claims that Zaha is seriously considering staying at Crystal Palace, thanks to a substantial contract offer from the club.
The Ivorian international, who began his career at Selhurst Park, has allegedly been presented with a four-year deal worth a staggering £200,000 per week.
If Zaha accepts this offer, he would become the highest-paid player in Crystal Palace’s history. Regarded by many fans as the club’s greatest ever player, Zaha is approaching the end of his current five-year contract, which expires on June 30.

Despite interest from Premier League clubs and teams across Europe, Zaha faces a crucial decision. Will he bid farewell to the club where he started at the age of 11, in pursuit of European competition, or will he opt to extend his stay with the Eagles?
While undeniably talented, Zaha has been plagued by niggling injuries this season, which have limited his playing time.
In fact, he was forced off the pitch during Palace’s recent 2-0 victory over Bournemouth. Given his age (31 in November) and the nine league games he has already missed this campaign, potential suitors may have concerns about his future fitness.
