Chelsea Fan Explains Why Todd Boehly Won’t Sack Potter Amid Blues Poor Form

Amid calls from fans and pundits to sack Chelsea manager, Graham Potter due to the Blues growing disgraceful poor form, a fan by the name Pys n Twitter has explained why Todd Boehly won’t fire Graham Potter now.
It feels as if Chelsea are falling apart under Graham Potter. Every game it feels as if the Blues are playing worse and worse instead of improving.
Their defeat by Southampton o Saturday summed up that all that has gone wrong for Chelsea this term: a team depleted by injuries, uncertain in its structure, unable to get the ball up the pitch into dangerous areas, and toothless in the final third.

They are alarming statistics and unwanted records in what is turning into a disastrous season. Potter now must be under massive pressure and is perhaps thankful the new owners haven’t proved to be as ruthless as Roman Abramovich, so far.
Naturally, many fans are demanding Todd Boehly sack the 47-year-old but, according to the latest reports, the Englishman’s position is safe.
A Chelsea fan nicknamed Pys suggests the reason behind the owners not seeing what so many fans see.
“Egbhali & Boehly are billionaires, they have egos, they invested so much into Potter so I don’t think they’ll sack him,” Pys tweeted.
“They want to prove to everyone they know what’s best, no wins against Spurs and Leeds and he’d still be here, there’s no expectation or pressure, awful.
“Otherwise he’d be gone after today. 2 wins in 15 games, played off the park by bottom of the table at home. inconsistent football, tactics and team selections.”
