Arsenal Tipped To Replace Mikel Arteta With Another PL Manager As Real Madrid Plan Audacious Swoop

Arsenal is reportedly eyeing Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi as a potential successor to Mikel Arteta according to the latest football transfer news.
This news comes amidst speculation that Real Madrid is considering Arteta as a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti this summer.
Arteta has had a fantastic season with Arsenal, currently sitting eight points clear at the top of the Premier League table and aiming for their first title since 2004.
The former Manchester City assistant was under pressure coming into this season, following the Gunners’ narrow miss of the top four last term.
However, Arteta has surpassed expectations and is now attracting high-profile admirers, with few clubs more prestigious than 14-time Champions League winners Real Madrid.
If Arteta were to leave for the Spanish giants, Arsenal would need a top-quality replacement to maintain their current form.
Brighton’s Roberto de Zerbi has been identified as a potential candidate for the job. The Italian has made a name for himself in the football world, having led Sassuolo to their best ever finish in Serie A last season, and now doing well with Brighton in the Premier League.
While Arteta’s departure would undoubtedly be a blow for Arsenal, the club has a reputation for attracting and developing top talent.
The Gunners have a rich history of success, both domestically and in Europe, and will be looking for a manager who can build on their current momentum and lead them to even greater heights.
As the football transfer window approaches, the futures of both Arteta and Arsenal will be closely watched. Whether Arteta stays at the club or moves on to Real Madrid, Arsenal will need to be ready with a solid plan for the future.
Roberto de Zerbi could be just the man to lead the Gunners to even greater success in the seasons to come.

In fairness, though, when recently questioned on the links to Los Blancos, Arteta was quick to dismiss the rumours.
He said: “It’s things that managers or players can’t control what is written.
“What I can tell is that I’m fully focused on what I’m doing here and extremely proud and grateful to do what I’m doing in this football club. That’s it.”
Italian outlet Tuttosport (via Football365) reports that the Arsenal hierarchy is quietly considering potential replacements for Mikel Arteta, despite the manager’s firm stance at the club.
Should Arteta leave the Emirates unexpectedly, reports suggest that Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi is the ideal candidate to replace him.
De Zerbi arrived at Brighton in September 2020, following Graham Potter’s departure, and has been guiding the Seagulls towards a European place.
Under the Italian coach, Brighton has won nine of their 21 Premier League matches, drawing six, and currently sits in sixth place in the table – just four points away from the top four.

De Zerbi is also attracting interest from other Premier League clubs, including Chelsea and Tottenham, who are both searching for a new manager. However, it seems that the 43-year-old will remain at Brighton until at least the end of the season.
Nonetheless, De Zerbi’s agent, Edorardo Crnjar, has reportedly received signals from Arsenal that they would be interested in the manager. It remains to be seen if the Italian will make a future switch to Arsenal.
For now, both Arteta and De Zerbi will be focusing on finishing the season strongly, with Arsenal heading towards a league title and Brighton with an outside chance of qualifying for the Champions League.
If Arteta were to leave, De Zerbi could be a top-quality replacement to maintain Arsenal’s current form.
