Rice has been a standout performer for West Ham, playing a crucial role in their success last season, which culminated in a Europa Conference League triumph.
Following the Hammers’ victory over Fiorentina, West Ham chairman David Sullivan confirmed that Rice is likely to be sold during this transfer window.
In an ambitious move, alongside pursuing Rice, Arsenal is also expecting to secure the signature of German international Kai Havertz from their London rivals Chelsea.
