Rosaline Ufuoma Meurer is a biracial Nigerian actress, model, movie producer and philanthropist from Delta State with a Diploma in Business Management.

Meurer’s father is from the Netherlands while her mother is from the South-South part of Nigeria. Meurer bagged her first movie award as the Next Rated Nollywood star at The Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Award 2016 held in Sheraton Hotels, Abuja.

Rosaline’s parents moved to The Gambia where she spent her formative years and had most of her education. For the most part of her life, Rosaline had enough experience and understanding of the West African country before relocating with her family to Nigeria.

She has a Diploma in Business Management and lives with her mother in Lagos, alongside her younger brother and sister.

Career

Rosaline Meurer started out as a model and this she did for several print media (magazines) before her big break in the Nigerian movie industry.

Meurer found her way into the movie industry and got her first role in the movie ‘Spellbound’, with the likes of Desmond Elliot, Uche Jombo, Joseph Benjamin and Ini Edo. The movie would go on to create more opportunities for her.

She would go on to feature in movies such as ‘Red Card’, ‘The Getaway’, ‘Broken Bond’, ‘In the Cupboard’, ‘Vendetta’‎, ‘Open Marriage’, and ‘Oasis’ that brought her to the limelight as the lead actress.

In 2017, Meurer’s fame shot up and she produced her first movie ‘Therapist Therapy’. It has been a steady climb since then and Meurer has remained under the spotlight despite a handful of controversies.
