Inter Milan will face Benfica, and AC Milan, who are the reigning Serie A champions, will play against current league leaders Napoli.
If Chelsea and Manchester City both advance, they will face each other in an all-Premier League semi-final.
In the other semi-final, AC Milan or Napoli will go up against Inter Milan or Benfica. The quarter-final first legs will take place on 11-12 April, followed by the return games on 18-19 April.

The semi-finals’ first legs are scheduled for 9-10 May, with the second legs to follow on 16-17 May. The final will be held at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey, on 10 June.
This is the third consecutive season that Chelsea and Real Madrid, who have won the competition a record 14 times, will face each other in the tournament.
Chelsea defeated Real Madrid in the semi-finals on their way to winning the trophy in the 2020-21 season. However, they lost 5-4 on aggregate to the Spanish giants in the quarter-finals last season.
Manchester City and Bayern Munich have not played against each other competitively since 2014 when Guardiola was in charge of the German club.
