European Champions Chelsea has confirmed that Eric Ramsay, development squad assistant coach has joined Manchester United to coach their men’s first team.
Infoexpert24 reports that Chelsea made the announcement in a statement on their website on Thursday.
The statement read, “Development squad assistant coach Eric Ramsay has joined Manchester United to coach their men’s first team.
“We would like to thank Eric for his hard work and wish him well for the future.”
Ramsay joined Chelsea academy in the summer of 2019 after working as an assistant coach at Shrewsbury Town.
He was part of Andy Myers’ staff who steered the unbeaten Chelsea development squad to the Premier League 2 title in the 2019/2021 campaign, plus the runners-up spot last season.
