OAP Toke Makinwa Blasts Lauretta Onochie Over Her Comment About CNN’s Documentary On Lekki Toll Gate Shooting

Nigerian on air personality Toke Makinwa, blasts Lauretta Onochie over her comments about the CNN documentary on the Lekki toll gate shooting on 20th October, 2020.

Infoexpert24 reports that the beautician and enterprenuer in a series of tweets on her verified Twitter page on Thursday, November 20, 2020, aired her opinions about the presidential aid, wondering how Onochie went from someone who criticises the government to  someone who blindly follow the ‘bad wagon’.

Below are Toke Makinwa’s tweets;

“I will sincerely love to ask Aunty Lauretta what changed? Like, how did she go from criticizing the government to blindly forgetting the side she once took, is this how it works? Wow,”

The second Tweet;

“Honestly it is sad, sad how they use us to garner votes with empty promises to do better and once they get there, they forget. We need to sensitize the general public and educate the grassroots, if they cannot be bought we can stand a chance because ko ye mi mo o.”

Recall that Lauretta Onochie on Thursday criticised CNN over its investigative report on the Lekki shooting claiming that the cable news lied against Nigerian government and her people.
