There has never been peace in Nigerian music industry since i joined – Davido

Popular Afrobeat singer Davido has claimed that the Nigerian music industry has never been peaceful since he joined.

Infoexpert24 reports that the ‘Dami Duro’ crooner stated that he loves the chaos in the music industry.

On his X handle on Sunday, the singer wrote: “Since I came in the game dem never get peace .. I love it ! Make I find somewhere with beach go relax.”

The DMW boss has previously alleged that some of his colleagues in the music industry are ganging up against him.

“Me vs the industry! Love it!,” he wrote via X in 2022.

Davido announced his entry into the Nigerian music industry with ‘Back When’ and ‘Dami Duro’ the lead singles from his debut studio album, ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ (2012).

Since then, he has risen to be one of the three leaders of the new school Afrobeats, alongside Wizkid and Burna Boy.

Davido has stated in several interviews that he does not have a cordial relationship with Wizkid and Burna Boy.

In a related news, Wizkid is one of the trending conversations on the popular microblogging platform X formerly called Twitter as he chooses early morning violence on Monday.

Taking to his verified page on X today, MApril 29th 2024, Wizkid, the “Essence” hitmaker breaks the internet by throwing a heavy shade at his colleague Davido while responding to a troll.

In his response to a troll who wants him to release a new song by fire by force, Wizkid tells the fan to beg him just like way Davido was seen begging to sleep with American model.

It all started after Wizkid started trending online and by extension involved in a question-and-answer session with his fans and followers.

While that was just the beginning, an X user identified as @demigadd tells Wizkid to dish out a new song.

The user wrote; “Sha release song.”

Wizkid responded by saying “Na by Force?” and even added a laughing emoji.

Countering Wizkid, another X user identified as @patdafenet wrote; “Yes an by force, biggest bird.|

Wizkid responded by telling the fan who wants him to release a new song by fire by force by begging him just like Davido was seen crying and begging an American model so that he can sleep with her.

The singer added that after the fan has created the video, he should send it to him.
