Ten Hag Found Potential De Gea Replacement At Man United
Infoexpert24 understands that the Spaniard is likely to part ways with the club as Ten Hag seeks to bring in a modern Goalkeeper who is good with his feet as reports have it that the Dutchman has sent scouts to watch FC Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa.
United has made many changes since the disappointment of last season, most of which were brought about by new manager Erik Ten Hag.
Five new signings were made in the summer window, four of which went straight into the team and made an impact straight away. There are still holes to be filled, though, as we saw in The Red Devils’ 6-3 defeat away to Manchester City on Sunday.

The goalkeeper is one position where things seem somewhat unclear at the club. Many believe that current number one David De Gea is more than good enough to be playing for the team, but others make the point that he does not suit the new manager’s system.
De Gea, though a fine shot-stopper, is uncomfortable with the ball at his feet and he’s been criticized by successive United managers for his tendency to stay on his line.
United started the season with back-to-back defeats, with De Gea guilty of making one costly error and he was clearly uncomfortable with starting attacks from the back.
Costa, a Portugal international, has seven caps for his country and is a regular for Porto. He has emerged as one of the best young goalkeepers in world football and played a vital role in helping Porto to win the Primeira Liga last season.
Diogo Costa
The 23-year-old is adept with the ball at his feet and United feel the Portuguese market is one they can profit from, having signed Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot from there in recent times.

United watched Costa as Porto battered Braga on Friday evening during a 4-1 win, with the Red Devils sending a scout to the game.
De Gea has less than a year left on his deal, though United has the option of extending that by a further 12 months.
Costa would cost around £30m and De Gea is United’s second-highest paid player at around £ 375,000 a week, which equates to around £ 16m a year.
