Man United Star Ronaldo Under Police Investigation After Loss To Everton

Cristiano Ronaldo is the subject of a police investigation following Manchester United’s defeat at Everton.

Infoexpert24 gathered that Manchester United forward, Ronaldo appeared to smash a fan’s phone as he walked back to the dressing room after the game.

A viral video on social media showed the Portugal captain hitting the device, while he continued walking.

“Inquiries are underway and officers are currently working with Everton Football club to review CCTV footage and are carrying out extensive witness inquiries to establish if an offense has taken place,” a statement from Merseyside Police read in part.

At the time of filing this report, the 37-year-old has already taken to his Instagram page to apologize for the incident and also invited the fan to watch a match at Old Trafford. See his post below:
