Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson has lost her father to the cold hands of death.
The veteran actress shared the sad news on Friday through her Instagram page. She expressed grief over the loss of her father and stated that she will continue to question why God took him.
She emphasized that his passing was unacceptable and described it as the most significant pain she has ever endured.
Mercy believes that her father’s death was due to God’s greater love for him than they could ever have.
In her words, “For the rest of my life Daddy, I will keep asking God why? I don’t think I will ever understand why he has taken you from me. And if he responds, I don’t even think I will accept it.
They say love saves but my love did not keep you here with us. The great pain I feel now is the greatest pain of all.
