Arsenal must get back to winning ways to get their Premier League title challenge back on track against Southampton at the Emirates Stadium tonight. Follow the LIVE Blog Here
So good all season, Mikel Arteta’s side have now blown two-goal leads in their last two games to leave the door ajar for the chasing champions in Manchester City.
With the Gunners set to travel to the Etihad Stadium next, they cannot afford to drop any more points. Slip up here and a blip becomes a crisis, particularly given the level of Saints’ form of late.
They are rooted to the bottom of the League and are without a win in their last six games. Failing to beat the south coast would be nothing short of a disaster.
The Emirates has certainly played its part this season and another big performance there would raise confidence levels once more.

Teams are out!
Edging closer now!
KICK-OFF!
Here we go!
01 mins: Awful mistake from Ramsdale!
Terrible back pass finds only Alcaraz, who hits a brilliant finish past the England ‘keeper.
05 mins: Since the goal, they’ve improved.
Martinelli with a very decent run lifted the crowd while Odegaard has just shot into the side netting. Plenty of time to go in this.
09 mins: This looks so much like what turned out to be a dramatic win over Bournemouth in March.
Got to take heart from that.
12 mins: Kyle Walker-Peters cannot contain the Brazilian here. Getting past him with ease.
13 mins: You couldn’t write this !
Odegaard loses the ball, picked up by Alcaraz who then tees up Walcott running inside Zinchenko.
The former Gunner scores with a lovely finish past Ramsdale.
18 mins: Zinchenko, who looks right on the edge, fizzes a lovely ball across goal but no one is there to connect.
Strange to see the defender calling for a huddle until Odegaard stepped in.
19 mins: Big volley from Martinelli gets Arsenal back in this.
Good work from Saka in getting to the byline.
25 mins: Great play from Lavia to find Perraud at the back, who crosses in for Alcaraz.
Ramsdale makes a mess of the first save before a fine reaction stop on the rebound.
27 mins: Back in the game they may be but Southampton look dangerous every time they go forward at the moment.
It’s all a bit too chaotic.
Walcott down injured and both managers use it as a time to call mini team-talks. Selles even has a mini whiteboard out.
32 mins: Had hauled down Saka. Long night ahead now.
33 mins: Odegaard finding much more space now, which hardly promises much for Southampton.
37 mins: Martinelli appeared to back into the Polish international, who landed awkwardly.
39 mins: Bednarek is back on his feet thankfully but will not continue.
Both Southampton’s full-backs now in the book. Saka and Martinelli causing problems. It could be a long second-half for Saints.
45 mins: Gabriel heads over after a floated ball from Zinchenko.
Very good chance.
47 mins: Alcaraz clears Holding’s header off the line!
And breathe.
Arsenal certainly have grown back into this and have every chance of coming away with a dramatic win. Still, that start was hugely concerning.
Strange sub from Southampton, who have taken Alcaraz off for the central defender Lyanco.
48 mins: Southampton so deep now and cannot keep Arsenal from piling forward.
52 mins: Odegaard brought down by Elynoussi but nothing given.
55 mins: The Irishman, unsurprisingly, is taking his sweet time with any goal kick, much to the annoyance of the home fans.
60 mins: Saints just cannot get out.
Wave after wave of an Arsenal attack.
66 mins: Ward-Prowse with a brilliant corner headed on by Bella-Kotchap before Caleta-Car nods home!
You can feel the title slipping away from Arsenal right in front of them. The atmosphere has gone out of the Emirates.
78 mins: Saka’s shot appeared goal-bound before Nketiah blocked it.
83 mins: Arsenal just look so short of ideas.
89 mins: The captain gives the Gunners hope!
90 mins: The Emirates erupts!!!
Saka LEVELS the scores in the last minute!
Some comeback from Arsenal.
