Infoexpert24 reports that Ahmad Ahmad, the President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), has been suspended by Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) for five years for corruption.
The Fédération Internationale de Football Association, which is the global football governing body announced this on Monday, November 23.
Before the ban, Ahmad has been president of the African Football Confederation since March 2017 and was standing for re-election as CAF President.
